Refund and Cancellation

Free trial

The 60-day trial for 5 machines is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged if you do not continue.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. We do not refund part months.

Yearly plans

• If you cancel within 30 days of the first yearly payment, we refund the full amount.
• After 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
• If you reduce the number of machines mid-year, the lower count applies from the next renewal.

Purchased sensors and gateways

Unused hardware in its original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Hardware that fails within 12 months under normal use is replaced free.

Rented sensors and gateways

Rental stops at the end of the billing month in which you cancel. We collect the hardware. Units lost or damaged beyond normal wear are charged at the purchase price.

Your data after cancellation

You can export all records and readings for 30 days after cancellation. After that, data is deleted.

How to cancel

Account administrators can cancel from Settings, then Billing, in the app, or by writing to us through the Contact Us page. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.
