Alert and trip levels per machine class, following ISO 10816 vibration severity guidance as a starting point.

Capture a high-resolution spectrum when a trend rises, so engineers can see the defect frequency.

Count actual running hours from current or PLC status to drive run-hour based PM.

Gateway buffering

If the network drops, the gateway stores up to 7 days of readings and uploads them later.

How it runs in your plant

    Mount

    Fix sensors with a magnet or a stud on bearing housings. No wiring on the machine.

    Pair

    Scan the sensor and the asset QR to link them.

  3. 3

    Baseline

    Sensor Watch learns normal levels for each machine over about 14 days.

    Alarm

    Readings outside the band notify the right engineer on phone and email.
